A lead is a phone number you have to chase. An active job is a customer who has already agreed to the visit or the quote, scheduled and waiting for you to turn up.

How it works

From job offer to payment, step by step

1

We share the job (partial details)

You get the scope, job type, area and terms up front. Full customer details come later. You decide if you want it, with no obligation.

2

You give us your timing

Tell us when you can visit. We check that slot with the customer and confirm it both ways.

3

We schedule and send details

Once both sides agree, we lock the appointment and send you the full customer details.

4

You reconfirm the call

Call the customer before heading over so nobody wastes a trip.

5

You do the job

You visit, complete the work and finish to the customer’s satisfaction.

6

You collect and settle up

Collect payment from the customer on the spot, then send our share by Zelle, Cash App or Venmo.

What we keep, and why

Our share depends on how much we do before you arrive.

Free estimate visits
We schedule the visit. You go out, look at the job and quote the customer with our share built into the price.
40–45%
Service call & inspection jobs
The customer pays an agreed service call or travel charge. You inspect, quote the labor with our share built in, then do the repair.
Share of the service call, plus a share of the labor
Quoted and closed jobs
The customer has already agreed the labor and materials, priced by our in-house estimators. You just do the work.
45–50%

Our estimators price each job on customer type, area and complexity. Closing matters to us, so terms can be discussed job by job, but our marketing and operating costs have to be covered too. You always see the split before you accept.

FAQs

Questions technicians ask us

Do I pay anything to join or get jobs?

No. We never charge technicians upfront, and there are no signup or monthly charges. That is where our name comes from.

Which areas do you cover?

We generate jobs nationwide across the USA. Tell us your city and the radius you travel, and we match you with work nearby.

How and when do I get paid?

The customer pays you directly, the same day the job is finished. You keep your share and send ours by Zelle, Cash App or Venmo once the job is complete.

Where do the jobs come from?

From our own marketing: paid ads and organic search. These are active jobs from real customers who contacted us, not bought contact lists.

Who quotes the job?

For straightforward jobs, our in-house estimators price them by area, job type, difficulty and timing. They have 15–20 years of construction experience. Complex jobs go out as visit or paid estimates, because some work cannot be priced without seeing it.

Who talks to the customer?

It depends on the job. If you are comfortable dealing with customers, you can handle it directly. Otherwise our support team does. We tell you which it is on every job before you accept.

What percentage do you take?

Between 40% and 50%, depending on the job type. You see the split before you accept, and terms can be discussed job by job.

Am I the only technician sent to the job?

Yes. We only run exclusive jobs, one technician per customer, which is why we are selective about who we work with. Once the job is yours, closing it is down to you. We cannot control whether a customer has also contacted other companies on their own, but we screen customers before passing a job on.
